摘要
以硬脂醇、金属钠及3-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA)为原料,反应得到3-烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵(OPAC),再与硬脂酰氯反应后得到醚-酯型双长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂3-烷氧基-2-硬脂酰氧基丙基三甲基氯化铵(CEESA).通过正交试验确定最佳合成条件为:1,4-二氧六环为溶剂,用量40 mL,n(OPAC)∶n(硬脂酰氯)∶n(吡啶)=1∶1∶1,吡啶用量0.1 mol,加热回流反应5 h,收率为93.0%.产物结构通过红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱分析证实.经测定表面张力及各项柔软性指标,证实该产物具备良好的表面活性及柔软性.
3-alkoxy-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (OPAC) was prepared by stearyl alco- hol, metal sodium and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CTA). Double long chain ether-ester quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactants 3-alkoxy-2-acyloxy trimethyl ammonium chloride (CEESA) was further synthesized with OPAC and stearyl chloride. Through orthogonal experiments, the optimal synthesis conditions were obtained as follows: 40 mL of 1,4-dioxane as solvent, n(OPAC):n(stearyl chloride):n(pyridine) = 1:1:1, 0.1 tool of pyridine, refluxing time 5 h, and the yield of end product was 93.0%. The structure was confirmed by IR and 'H NMR. Through measurements of surface tension and softness indexes, the product was proved to have good surface activity and softness.
