摘要
采用2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵对反应性氨基硅油进行改性,合成了季铵化反应性氨基硅油,对氨基硅油的氨值、原料比、溶剂的选择及用量、反应温度及反应时间对反应的影响进行了研究,得到了适宜的合成条件。该合成工艺简单,制得产品质量好。
2,3-Epoxypropyltrimethylamrnonium chloride is used to modify the reactive amino silicone oil, and so obtained the quaternized reactive amino silicone oil. Factors influencing the resultant product is investigated and optimal process conditions are determined.
