Research on motorized spindle lifetime and grey prediction

摘要 文章依据缸盖生产线31台进口电主轴寿命统计数据,得出了电主轴的平均切削加工寿命为8 277h,从而验证了8 000h的平均精度寿命;分析和总结了电主轴在服役初期、精度寿命期和疲劳寿命期影响其寿命的主要因素分别为原发性制造缺陷、服役工况超过设计许用条件和电主轴自身结构特点;依据灰色理论的GM(1,1)模型建立了电主轴的精度寿命预测模型,由实际观测值得到直接和间接验证,并依据疲劳寿命预测模型对超过40 000h仍在服役的电主轴进行了疲劳寿命预测。 The average cut lifetime of 8 277 h was received according to lifetime statistical data of 31 im-ported motorized spindles in cylinder head production line , and the average precision lifetime of 8 000 hwas validated .The main influencing factors of lifetime in initial stage ,precision lifetime and fa-tigue lifetime were respectively the original manufacturing defect ,the fact that service conditions ex-ceed design allowable conditions and own unique structural characteristics of motorized spindle .The precision lifetime prediction model of motorized spindle was built according to GM (1 ,1) model of grey theory and validated by practical observation data obtained directly and indirectly ,and the fatigue life-time of motorized spindle of which working time exceeds 40 000 h was forecasted by fatigue lifetime prediction model .
