摘要
电磁推力轴承中转轴内存在的漏磁现象对轴承的工作性能有较大的影响。用有限元方法对上述现象进行了计算分析,发现漏磁引起轴承的轴向推力加大。随着定子铁心和转轴之间的气隙加大,漏磁减少,轴向电磁力反而逐渐变小。有关的机理分析表明这种现象的存在是合理的。在此基础上,提出有关的设计建议。
The flux leakage in the rotor of the magnetic thrust bearings has a great effect on the bearings performance.In this paper,the calculation of the flux leakage is done by the finite element method.The results show that the flux leakage can increase the axial thrust.With the widening of the air gap between the stator and the rotor,the amount of the flux leakage decreases and the axial electro-magnetic force becomes smaller instead.The theoretical analysis illustrates the principle of the above-mentioned phenomenon,based on which some suggestion about the design of magnetic thrust bearing is made.
