摘要
海洋生态系统与区域社会经济发展密切相关 ,海洋生物资源的合理开发利用已成为拓展人类生存与发展空间的必然趋势。本文分析了河北省海洋渔业资源的基本情况、开发利用现状以及进一步发展的潜力 ,提出了海洋渔业资源可持续利用的思路与措施。
A close relationship exists in relationship between the ocean ecosystem and the regional socio economic development. It is an inevitable trend for human existence and development by using marine bioresources. This paper analyses the marine fishery resources, the exploitation situation, and the potentiality in Hebei Province. It also puts forward some suggestions for sustainable exploitation of the marine fishery resources.
