摘要
目的评价HPS(Human Patient Simulator)高仿真模拟人在临床护理实习教学中的应用效果。方法将100名专科护理实习生随即分为实验组50名和对照组50名,对照组采用传统带教模式;实验组采用高仿真模拟人进行教学实践,以OSCE方式考核并采用自行设计的问卷对教学效果进行评价。结果 HPS教学组护生在病史采集、体格检查、病例分析、健康教育方面考试成绩均高于传统教学组;98%护生认为HPS模拟教学有利于提高护理评估能力,96%的护生认为HPS对查体手法、技巧及沟通能力,病例分析、病情观察和处理问题能力,操作技能都有所提高,94%护生肯定了HPS在模拟教学中有效提升了健康教育能力和沟通能力。结论高仿真模拟人是一种有效的临床实习教学方法。
Objective Assessment of application efficacy of Human Patient Simulator for practice teach-ing in clinical nursing .Method 100 nursing students were divided into two groups ,50 in experimental group and 50 in control group .The control group adopt traditional teaching model and experimental group adopt Human Patient Simulator for teaching practice ,and assessed the teaching effects through OSCE and self-designed questionnaire . Results The nursing students in HPS teaching group had a higher score in medical history collection ,physical examination ,case analysis and health education compared with traditional teaching group .98% nursing students thought that HPS is helpful to im-prove the ability of nursing assessment .96% nursing students thought HPS can improve physical ex-amination method ,skills ,communication ,case analysis ,case observation and ability to deal with the problem ,operation skills .94% nursing students confirmed the improvement of health education abili-ty and communication skills in HPS simulated human teaching .Conclusion HPS is an effective clinical practice teaching method .
