摘要
目的:利用高仿真模拟人,探讨本科护生急救护理技能考核方法的改革。方法:对照组采用传统考核方法,研究组采用高仿真模拟人,在教学和考核后对研究组和对照组学生的技能考核成绩进行对比。结果:研究组和对照组技能考核成绩差异有极显著意义(P值﹤0.01)。结论:高仿真模拟人在急救护理技能中的考核有利于提高学生急救知识和技能、护生的评判性思维能力和团队合作精神,值得推广。
Objective： To explore the reform of assessment methods of emergency care skills in undergraduate nursing students using the simulation people. Methods： The control group used traditional assessment methods and the study group used the simulation people to compare test results of the students in the study group and the control group after teaching and assessment. Results ： Skills assessment scores of the study group and the control group were significant difference （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions ： The assessment of emergency care skills using simulation people helps to improve students＇aid knowledge and skills, nursing students＇critical thinking and teamwork spir- it, which is worth promoting.
