摘要
目的探讨TBL教学法在医学文献检索教学中的应用与效果。方法对石河子大学医学院2010级检验专业2个班学生随机实施TBL和LBL两种不同教学方法进行比较研究,并对教学效果进行问卷调查和总结分析。结果1TBL教学组理论考试中的分析题、论述题、实践题得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2TBL教学组综合成绩得分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);3TBL教学组期末考试的优秀率、良好率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论《文献检索》课教学中应用TBL教学模式可以调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高综合成绩,还能培养学生的交流沟通能力、团队合作能力,达到知识共享,较好地培养学生的综合素质。
Objective To investigate the application and effect of TBL teaching method during the medi-cal literature retrieval teaching . Method comparative research the two different teaching method in TBL and LBL for students of two classes ,who have 2010 grade Professional Inspection major in school of medicine of Shihezi university ,meanw hile questionnaire and analyzed the teaching effective-ness .Results TBL teaching group that the score of analysis questions ,essay questions and practice questions in theory exam was significantly higher than control group (P&lt;0 .05);The score of consoli-dated results in TBL teaching group significantly higher than control group (P&lt;0 .01);Excellent rates and good rates of final exam in TBL teaching group significantly higher than control group (P&lt;0 .01) . Conclusion Application TBL teaching mode in document Retrieval can mobilize students’ enthusiasm and initiative ,not only improve the overall performance ,but also develop students’ communication skills ,teamwork skills ,achieve knowledge sharing ,to train students overall quality .
