摘要
我国高原地域辽阔,气候环境恶劣,自然条件严重影响高原居民的健康,因此维护高原军民的健康已成为高原医务人员的首要任务,但我国高原医学人才短缺远远不能满足高原的社会发展和健康需求,为了能改变这一现状,应立足高原建设发展需求,围绕高原任职需要,改革传统的教学模式和教学方法,增加高原训练内容和高原实践时间,扩大培训对象和培训层次,提高高原任职能力,逐步形成了学历教育、任职教育和研究生教育的三位一体的教学格局。作者所在校毕业学员覆盖了我国高原地区的大部分基层部队,解决了高原医学人才短缺的现状,满足了高原部队卫勤保障的需求。
In china ,plateau has vast territory ,but the poor climatope has seriously affected the health of the plateau residents ,maintenance the health of plateau military and civilian has become a top pri-ority of plateau medical staff .But China plateau medical talents’ shortage is far cannot meet the social development of plateau and health needs .In order to change this situation ,we base on plateau con-struction development demand ,centre on Plateau work requires ,and reform the traditional teaching mode and teaching method to increase the plateau training content and the plateau practice time ,ex-pand training objects and training level ,improve the ability of plateau work ,which has formed the trinity teaching pattern of formal schooling education ,job education and graduate education step by step .Graduate students covers most of the grassroots units of the plateau area in China ,which solve the talents’ shortage situation of plateau medicine ,also meet the needs of plateau army medical sup-port .
