摘要
目的:探讨总结股骨粗隆骨折支架外固定术后针道感染的护理方法及注意事项。方法:选取2010年5月-2012年5月笔者所在医院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折采用外固定术后出现针道感染的患者45例,治疗过程中给予护理干预(针道换药护理、功能锻炼、饮食护理、心理护理及出院护理指导等)和抗感染治疗,给药过程中确保无菌操作,并做好相关的健康宣传教育,然后调查统计患者护理后的恢复情况。结果:实施治疗及护理后,所有患者针道感染症状均消失,预后良好,且出院后无复发情况。结论:在股骨粗隆骨折支架外固定术后针道感染的治疗过程中,给予有效的护理干预具有重要的意义,可更好地控制感染,减少其他并发症。
Objective：To explore the summary of intertrochanteric femoral fracture external fixation postoperative nursing method of needle tract infection and the matters needing attention. Method：From May 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated by external fixation pin tract infection occurred in 45 patients,nursing intervention during the treatment （pin tract dressing care,exercise,diet nursing,psychological nursing and nursing guidance and anti infection treatment,etc.） to ensure the aseptic drug process,and made the health propaganda and education related,then investigated the recovery nursing of patients with statistics fter. Result：After the treatment and care,all disappeared,pin tract infection symptoms in patients with good prognosis, and no recurrence after discharge. Conclusion：In the intertrochanteric femoral fracture external fixation after operation of pin tract infection during the treatment, has the vital significance to the effective nursing intervention,the control can be better infection,reduces the other complications.
