摘要
目的:探讨卡维地洛联合坎地沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2011年8月-2013年8月笔者所在医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者76例,随机均分为对照组和试验组,对照组使用卡维地洛进行治疗,试验组使用卡维地洛联合坎地沙坦进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率的差异。结果:治疗后试验组显效率(50.00%)和总有效率(94.74%)均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与对照组均无不良反应发生(P>0.05)。结论:卡维地洛联合坎地沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,改善患者心功能,优于单一用药疗法,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of carvedilol combined with candesartan treatment for chronic heart failure.Method：76 cases of chronic heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（treated with carvedilol only） and experimental group（treated with carvedilol combined with candesartan）.The total effective rate and adverse reactions rate of two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of experimental group（94.74%） was significantly higher than control group（50.00%）（P〈0.05）.There was no adverse reaction in two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Carvedilol combined with candesartan for the treatment of chronic heart failure has a significant clinical effect.It can improve patients’cardiac function and worth of widely used.
