摘要
本文对四湖地区洪涝灾害的灾变趋势和生态成因进行了分析 ,讨论了生态减灾的含义及其在本地区可持续发展中的作用 ,指出景观结构的调整是生态减灾对策的中心内容 ,利用地理信息系统技术初步研究了本地区的景观结构调整方案。
The trend and ecological cause of flooded disaster in SIHU region was analysed.The concept of ecological countermeasure to disaster and its function in the sustainable development of the region,it was pointed that the adjustment of the region’s landscape structure is central content of ecological countermeasure to di saster,a primary plan for the adjustment was suggested by the using GIS.
