摘要
[目的 ]探讨吸烟对红细胞免疫及其调节功能的影响。 [方法 ]将 2 0 8名健康成年男子分成两组 :吸烟组 (15 2人 )和对照组 (5 6人 ) ,分别对其红细胞受体花环率 (RBC- C3b RR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC-ICR)、红细胞免疫增强因子 (EF)及抑制因子 (IF)进行测定。 [结果 ]吸烟组的 RBC- C3b RR、 EF水平显著低于非吸烟对照组 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,而 RBC- ICR、IF水平则显著高于非吸烟对照组 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;相关分析表明 RBC-C3b RR、EF水平与吸烟量及吸烟时间呈负相关 ,而 RBC- ICR、IF水平则与吸烟量及吸烟时间呈正相关。 [结论
[Objective]To explore the impacts of smoking on immune and its regulatory function of erythrocytes[Methods]The forming rates of red blood cell C3b receptor rosette(RBC-C3bRR),red blood cell immunocomplex rosette(RBC-ICR),the enhancing activities of factor(EF) and inhibitory factor(IF) of erythrocytes were determined in 208 healthy adults,who were divided into smoking group(152 cases) and control group(56 cases)[Results]Significant lower forming rate of RBC-C3bRR and activity of EF,significant higher forming rate of RBC-ICR and IF activity were found in smoking group compared with non-smoking control group (P<001) The correlative analysis showed that,the forming rate of RBC-C3bRR and EF activity significantly negatively correlated with the amount and duration of smoking,but the forming rats of RBC-ICR and IF activity significantly positively correlated with the amount and duration of smoking[Conclusion]Smoking could secondarily deteriorate the immune function and immune regulatory function
