摘要
用磺化聚砜 (SPS)平板式及外压管式超滤膜进行含石油类炼油厂及油田污水处理试验 ,并与聚砜 (PS)超滤膜进行比较。SPS超滤膜的膜通量随磺化度 (离子交换当量 IEC)的增大而提高。选用 IEC值为 0 .1~ 0 .2 mol/g的 SPS为膜材料制成平板式及管式超滤膜 ,处理含石油类 1 0~ 80 mg/L的污水 ,其膜通量为 1 0 0 L/m2 · h,高于 PS超滤膜 ,截留率大于 90 % ,与 PS膜相当。
Oily sewage was treated with SPS UFM and PS UFM. The properties of SPS UFM and PS UFM were compared. The flux of SPS UFM increased when the IEC value of SPS increased. While SPS UFM treated oily sewage, the flux of SPS UFM was about 100(L/m 2·h), and the rejection rate was greater than 90%.
