摘要
用管式聚砜超滤膜分离装置现场处理采油污水，经过处理的污水达到了低渗透油田注水标准。在现场试验的基础上论述了超滤操作压力差、膜面流速对膜通量的影响，提出了清洗污染膜的方法，为进一步的工业试验装置设计提供了基础数据。
With tubular polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane separation unit treating the produced sewage on the spot,the treated sewage can meet the water injec-tion standard in low permeability oil field.On the basis of on the spot test,this paper makes clear the effect of pressure difference in ultrafiltration process and surface mem-brane flow rate upon membrane flux,puts forward a method of cleaning the polluted membranes and provides the designs for further commercial test equipment with basic data.
