测控系统内部典型器件EFT干扰辐射特性研究

摘要 介绍了电磁继电器、电感线圈、细长导线等测控系统内部存在的典型器件在开关动作瞬间产生的EFT辐射的干扰特性。运用非均匀网格FDTD法建立了典型器件的辐射模型,分析了主要参数变化对辐射特性的影响,并针对各种典型器件的辐射特性,提出了相应的干扰抑制方法。 The radiation characteristics of electrical fast transients (EFT) from three classical structures, which are electromagnetic relay, inductance coil and long and thin wire, have been analyzed. The radiation model has been built by the non-uniform meshing FDTD method. The corresponding relationship between the main parameters and the radiation characteristics have been discussed. Finally, according to the radiation characteristic of each classical structure, some anti-interference methods have been brought forward.
