海南地区382例人乳头瘤病毒的液相芯片分型检测 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究海南地区人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率及亚型分布情况。方法采用高通量液相芯片检测技术,对海南地区382例受检者宫颈脱落细胞进行19种高危型HPV和7种低危型HPV检测。结果在382例受检者中共检出57例阳性HPV,总阳性率为14.92%,其中,单一感染43例,阳性率为11.26%;多重感染(双重和三重)共14例,阳性率为3.66%;主要感染型别为:高危型HPV52 18例,HPV16 10例;低危型HPV6 5例,在26个HPV亚型中,共检出20种不同的HPV亚型。结论海南地区人乳头瘤病毒阳性率为14.92%,明确了HPV52、HPV16为该地区HPV主要流行亚型。 Objective To investigate the infection status and distribution of human papilloma virus(HPV)in Hainan province. Methods Totally 382 samples of cervical exfoliated cells from Hainan province were detected by luminex liquichip technique. Results Fifty-seven positives for HPV were detected with a positive rate of 14.92% including 43 cases infected with single HPV type occupied 11.25% and 14 positives infected with multiple HPV types accounted for 3.66%. HPV52 and HPV 16 were the predominated types. Twenty genotype were detected among 26 HPV types.Conclusion The positive rate of human papilloma virus was 14.92% and HPV52 was identified as high risk genotype and HPV16 was predominated in Hainan province.
