摘要
在综合分析了红壤丘陵区农业水资源和坡地土壤资源特性的基础上 ,提出了红壤丘岗坡地农业开发利用中应采取的五项对策措施 ,即:1.坡地开发 ,水利先行 ;2.改进灌溉技术 ,提高水资源利用率 ;3.合理耕作 ,扩大土壤有效水库容 ;4.推广避旱抗旱生态栽培技术 ;5.改土培肥 ,提高地力。
Red soil region at the middle reaches of the Yangtse River is main area for agriculture commodity production in China. Since rapid expansion of population and speeding up of industrialization and urbanization in recent twenty years, it is obvious that either absolute area or average area per capita has been continuously decreasing. Because of this, exploitation of hilly slope-lands, hence, becomes an inexorable selection for further development of agriculture in this region. Based on a comprehensive assessment on the characters of water and soil resources, five countermeasures have been pointed out in this paper. They include: 1, using irrigation works prior to exploitation of the hilly slope-lands; 2, improving irrigation technique and increasing efficiency of water resources; 3, choosing proper cultivation in order to increase soil available water storable capacity; 4, employing ecological drought-resisting and drought-evading cultivation techniques; and 5, ameliorating soil and improving soil fertility.
