摘要
作者分离到硅酸盐细菌JF88菌株 ,经鉴定为邻单胞菌属 (Plesiomonas) ,经 2 8℃ 110RPM培养144h后 ,测得磷转化强度是磷细菌MB1的 15 79倍 ,用直接计数法测得JF88菌株的生长超过MB1菌株。该菌株在阿须贝无氮培养基上生长良好 。
The isolated silicate bacteria JF88 has been identified as plesiomonas.Raised by 110RPM under the tempe rature of 28° C for 144 hours, plesiomonas is measured the phosphorization ability 15 79 times over the phosphate bacteria MB 1 Directly counted,the growth of JF88 strain surpasses that of MB 1, The strain grows well in Ashby nitrogen-free culture medium and has a promising future of application.
