摘要
在对离子色谱分析的研究过程中 ,建立了以 0 1 2mmol/LNa2 CO3和 0 1 5mmol/LNa2 HCO3为淋洗液 ,1 2 5mmol/LH2 SO4为微膜抑制器的再生液 ,用HPIC -AS3串联HPIC -AG3的色谱系统 ,一次进样 50mL可在 8min内检测出 μg/L级的F- 、CH3COO- 、HCOO- 、Cl- ,方法简便、经济快捷。经实验 ,甲酸、乙酸的检出限分别为 2 56μg/L和1 7 4μg/L ,F- 、Cl- 为 1 87μg/L和 8 82 μg/L ;方法精密度的相对标准差在 0 4%~ 2 0 %范围 ,样品加标回收率在 97 7%~ 1 0 3 5%之间 ,完全能够满足降水样品和大气样品中F- 、Cl- 和低碳有机酸 (甲酸、乙酸 )的分析要求。在同一系统中只需要增加淋洗液浓度 ,采用一级梯度淋洗亦可完成对同一样品中其他阴离子 (NO-3 、SO2 -4 、PO3-4 )的检测。
In the analysis with high effective chromatography of ions, the drip wash liquid was 0 12 mmol/L Na 2CO 3 and 0 15 mmol/L NaHCO 3, the regenerative liquid was 12 5 mmol/L H 2SO 4, and the system was series chromatography of HPIC AS3 and HPIC AG3. For 50 mL sample, within no more than 8 minutes, F -, CH 3COO -,HCOO - and Cl - upon μg/L level can be detected. In experiments, the detection limit of methanoic acid and ethanoic acid were 2 56 μg/L and 17 4 μg/L, the detection limit of F - and Cl - were 1 87 μg/L and 8 82 μg/L. Its relative standard deviation was within 0 4% and 2 0%, and the recovery was within 97 7% and 103 5%. All these satisfied the need of analysis of F -, Cl - and low carbon organic acid (such as methanoic acid, ethanoic acid). The other negative ions (NO - 3, SO 2- 4, PO 3- 4) could be also detected after only increase the concentration of drip wash liquid.
