摘要
建立了免试剂离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中F^-、BrO_3^-、Cl^-、NO_2^-、SO_4^(2-)、Br^-、NO_3^-、ClO_3^-、PO_4^(3-)等9种无机阴离子的方法。所用仪器为戴安ICS-90离子色谱仪,色谱柱为IonPac AS11-HC,淋洗液氢氧根的浓度为29mmol/L,流速为1mL/min。在所选实验条件下,分析方法线性相关系数的平方为0.9992~0.9998,相对标准偏差为1.20%~4.39%,加标回收率为96.1%~103.8%,最低检出限为0.0012~0.1710mg/L。方法具有背景电导低、灵敏度高、测定结果准确等特点,适合水样中多种阴离子的同时测定。
Nine anions (F^- , BrO3^- , Cl^- , NO2^- , SO4^2- , Br^- , NO3^- , ClO3^- and PO4^3- ) in drinking water were determined using reagent-free ion chromatography. The instrument used was a Dionex ICS-90 ion chromatograph. IonPac ASII-HC was used as spearation column with 29 mmol/L KOH as eluent. The flow rate was 1mL/min. Under the selected experimental conditions, good correlationship was obtained with R^2 = 0. 9992 - 0. 9998 . TheRSDwerel. 20%-4.39% and the recoveries of standard addition were 96.09%- 103.75%. The method has the advantages of low conductivity background, high senstivity and high accuracy and is suitable to determine multiple inorganic anions in water simultaneously.
