摘要
针对大连桥整体节点弦杆的结构特点,分析了主桁杆件加工制造的难点,并对加工过程中采取的工艺措施进行了介绍,指出通过采用合理的焊接工艺手段及设置合理的钻孔工艺,有效的保证了大型钢桁梁整体节点弦杆的制造精度。
Based on the structural features of the integral node chord of Dalian Bridge, this paper mainly analyzes manufacture difficulties of major truss, and inlrodues processing measures, reasonable welding process and drilling process have been adopted to effectively ensure the fabrication accuracy of integral node chord of large steel truss.
