摘要
芜湖长江大桥 ,采用了新结构、新材料、新技术及新工艺。其中整体节点弦杆是芜湖桥制造中工艺最复杂、制造难度最大的杆件 ,多达 70 0余根。本文详细介绍了在整体节点上采用的各项新技术和新工艺 ,并对新技术成果做了评述。
The new structures, new materials,new techniques and the new technologies were adopted in the Wuhu Yangtze River major bridge. Among these new measures, the chord members connected with the integrated panel point possessed of the most complex technology in the manufacturing of the Wuhu major bridge, and being the biggest members with high manufacturing difficulties. The amount of chord members was up to over 700 members. As to the integrated panel points, their different adopted new techniques and new technologies are introduced in this paper, and the achievements of these new techniques are evaluated also.
