摘要
目的建立痛风贴制剂的质量控制标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定姜黄素的含量,色谱柱:Agilent C18色谱柱(46mm×250mm,5Micron);流动相:乙腈-4%醋酸(48:52);检测波长:428nm,柱温:(30±2)℃。结果姜黄素在0.025~0.150μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.7%。结论该试验方法操作简单,提取物性质稳定,重复性好,检测结果准确、可信,可为痛风贴制剂质量控制提供科举依据。
Objective To establish Gout-patch quality control standards. Methods Using HPLC to determine the content of cureumin, chromatographic column: Agilent C18 chromatographic column (46 mm ×250 mm, 5 Micron) ; Mobile phase: acetonitrile and 4 % acetic acid (48 : 52) ; wavelength by detection: 428 nm and column temperature: ( 30 ± 2) ℃. Results Cureumin has a good linear relationship with peak area in the scope of 0.025 ug - 0.025 ug. The average recovery was 99. 67 % and RSD was 0.74%. Conclusion The test method operation is simple and the properties of extractives are stable. It has good repeatability. The detection results are accurate and credible which can provide scientific basis for a Gout-patch quality control.
