非对称蓝色发光二级管的光谱拟合模型研究 被引量:5

摘要 单色发光二极管(LED)具有半波宽较窄、单色性好、发光强度稳定等优点,因此能够混合模拟出具有任意光谱的光源。单色LED光谱数学模型的建立是研究混合光源的基础。利用高斯和洛伦兹模型可以近似模拟单色LED光谱曲线,然而,由于单色LED光谱具有非对称性,使得二者拟合出的曲线与实测光谱曲线之间有一定的误差。本文主要基于LED发光机理,从原理上提出了一个能够准确表征蓝色LED光谱曲线的数学模型,利用该模型在MATLAB及ORIGIN软件中对实测数据进行了拟合。拟合结果显示,该模型即为蓝色LED光谱的数学模型,并且较高斯和洛伦兹分布模型具有更大的优势。 The asymmetricalspectrum from the bluelight-emitting diode (LED) was experimentally measured,mathematically modeled, empirically approximated, numerically simulated and fitted, and compared with the spectra simulated and fitted with Gaussian and Lorenz models, widely used to approximate and simulate the emission spectrum emitted of a monochromatic LED. The newly-formulated mathematical model gives full consideration to the physical mechanism responsible for blue light emission. The measured spectrum, emitted from a blue LED, was simulated with the new model and software packages MATLAB and ORIGIN. The simulated results show that when it comes to fitting precision of the asymmetricalspectrum emitted from a blue LED, the newly-formulated model outperforms both Gaussian and Lorenz models.
