摘要
自动药片装瓶机,是对不同形状的药片进行计数、装瓶的专用设备本系统采用三羹FX2N系列PLC实现药片的自动装填,整个系统采用一台PLC控制,用PLC控制装瓶机运行,实现装瓶机启动,停止、以及中途改变填装粒数的功能,从而实现装瓶机运行的自动化功能本系统天有药片数量显示功能、装瓶速度快,计数准确,可靠好,整个控制线路简洁,控制灵活。
The automatic pill bottle filling machine is a special equipment of counting and bottling for different shape tablets. This system uses PLC of Mitsubishi FX2N to realize the self-loading of tablets, which controlled by a PLC in the whole system, it uses the PLC to control the operation of bottle filling machine to realize the functions of starting, stopping and changing the grain number suddenly of pill bottle filling machine, so as to realize the automation function of bottling chance line. This system has the functions of displaying the nunber of pills, bottling quickly, counting accurately and reliably. The control circuit is simple, flexible in controlling and strong usability.
