摘要
阐述了可编程控制器(PLC)在电镀专用行车自动控制系统中的应用情况。该文在介绍完电镀生产线的组成及工艺流程后,给出该生产工艺的控制原理图及PLC的I/O接线图与软件梯形图,最后分析了软件梯形图程序的工作原理并给出结论。
The paper introduces the application of PLC in the galvanization specialpurpose driving automatic control system. After introducing the composition and the performance of process control for the galvanization electroplating line, give the control principle of the production craft ,the PLC I/O wiring diagram ,and the software chart. Finally,the analyze the principle of work, and give the conclusion.
