球磨粉碎对黄芪中有效成分溶出度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了考察球磨粉碎对中药材黄芪有效成分溶出度的影响,利用回流、冷浸2种处理方法,以黄芪甲苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定不同处理时间的黄芪球磨粉及中粉.结果表明,在回流或冷浸条件下,与《药典》规定的中粉比较,球磨粉碎均能明显提高黄芪有效成分溶出量,其中黄芪甲苷含量提高10.33%~39.25%,毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量提高3.49%~32.81%;球磨粉碎技术能有效促进黄芪有效成分的溶出量和溶出速率,缩短样品前处理时间. To study the effect of ball milling on the effective constituent dissolution of Chinese medical material Astragcdus membranaceus, ball milling powders of Astragalus membranaceus with different processing time were determined by high performance liquid chromatography method, using 2 processing methods of reflux extraction and cold leaching, taking contents of astragaloside IV and calycosin-7-O-[3-D- glucoside as indicators. The results show that in the reflux extraction or cold leaching conditions, compared with the powders in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, ball milling can improve the effective components of Astragalus membranaceus leaching. The content of astragaloside 1V increases by 10.33% to 39.25%, calycosin-7-O-13-D-glucoside increases by 3.49% to 32.81%. The ball milling technology can effectively promote the effective constituent dissolution and dissolution rate of Astragalus membrozuweus and shorten the sample preparation time.
