Precision manufacturing technology of direct pressing curing for high performance tire

摘要 简要列举了国内外新概念轮胎硫化制造技术,介绍了轮胎直压硫化技术工艺原理及在工程实践中的应用。该技术利用高刚性内模具,取代轮胎定型硫化机中心机构上的硫化胶囊,胎坯内腔热媒采用电磁感应加热方式直接使内模具的鼓瓦生热。与现有工艺技术相比,轮胎直压硫化技术优势明显,单胎节能达40%,轮胎动平衡、均匀性提高30%。 This paper briefly listed the new concept of tyre vulcanization technology at home and abroad, and introduced the technical principle of tire direct pressing curing and its application in practice. This technology is with high-strength mold inside, replace the vulcanization capsule at the center mechanism of shapping curing press, heating medium in tire cavity adopts electromagnetic induction heating method directly make the drum of mould heating. Compared with the existing technology, tire direct pressing curing technology had a great advantage, such as singletons energy can save 40%, tire dynamic balance and uniformity can be increased 30%.
