Energy-saving reconstruction of extruder heating system based on electromagnetic heating theory

摘要 介绍了电磁加热节能技术原理、特点及挤塑机加热系统的特点。在满足生产工艺要求的前提下,利用电磁加热节能技术对某企业的挤塑机加热系统实施了节能技术改造,节电率超过26%,节能效果良好。 The technical principle and characteristics of electromagnetic heating energy-saving technology and extruder heating system are introduced.On the premise of satisfying the process requirement,the energy-saving reconstruction is successfully implemented to one enterprise heating system using electromagnetic heating technology.The power-saving rate gets over 26% and the energy-saving effect is good.
