摘要
针对高等中医药院校研究生分子生物学实验教学中出现的问题,为帮助学生掌握一些实用研究技术、建立初步科研思路,根据学生知识背景和学科自身特点,探索适合中医药院校分子生物学实验教学方法。从实验教学内容设置、教学方式选择和考核方式等方面对研究生分子生物学实验教学改革进行探讨,并对存在问题进行反思。通过教学改革既让学生掌握了实验基本原理、技能和方法,又培养了学生系统的科研思路,为以后从事科学研究打下坚实基础。本教学方法改革以期为中医药院校分子生物学实验教学改革提供参考和借鉴。
The experiment teaching of molecular biology has been discussed aiming at the problems in the teaching according to students’ knowledge background and discipline characteristics for helping students to master some practical research technology and set up research thinking. The paper investigated the reform of experiment teaching of molecular biology from teaching content and methods and assessment approaches. Through teaching reform, students have mastered the basic principles, skills and methods of molecular biology experiment.
