摘要
心房颤动(AF)是临床最为常见的心律失常,作为治疗方面重要的一环,外科治疗经过几十年的发展,取得明显进步,从经典COX迷宫手术,向适应证更广、创伤更少、操作相对简单的能量消融和微创胸腔镜手术方向发展。本文就心房颤动的发生机制、外科及微创治疗的现状和进展方面进行综述。
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is clinically the most common arrhythmia. Surgical treatment, as an important part of treatment, after decades of development, has achieved significant progress, from a classic COX maze to energy ablation and minimally invasive operation with wider indications, less trauma, and relatively simple operation. This article is to review the status and progress in the pathogenesis and surgical and minimally invasive treatment of AF.
