摘要
职业教育的发展涉及到社会多方利益,国家大力提倡行业协会参与职业教育发展,而行业协会在参与职业教育发展中面临着诸多现实困境,如权益保障的制度实施规范缺失、协会自身发展的短板、激烈的利益角逐等。为了保障其在诸多利益主体中的权益和参与职业教育的自觉性,行业协会在参与职业教育中应做出正确的选择:敦促建立行业协会权益保障制度实施规范、加强行业协会自身的能力建设、寻求各利益竞争主体间的利益平衡点。
The development of vocational education involves social multi interests , and industry associations are advocated to participate in the vocational education development .However , industry associations involved in the occupation education development is facing many practical difficulties , such as the lack of protection of the rights and interests of the system ’ s implementation specification , its shortcomings of development , and intense interest competition, etc.In order to ensure rights of industry associations in various interest subjects and consciousness of participating in the vocational education , industry associations should make the correct choice of participation：ur-ging the implementation standards of system be published , strengthening the ability construction of industry associa-tion and seeking to balance the competing interests between subjects .
