摘要
独立学院的创办与发展是我国高等教育管理体制改革的有益尝试,不仅适应了高等教育大众化的需求,而且缓解了高等教育资源短缺的问题。近些年独立学院在发展规模上取得了骄人的成绩,但发展过程中还存在着诸如法人治理机制不完善、师资队伍不健全、办学自主权缺乏、专业设置不科学等问题。独立学院需通过规范机制、引进师资、明晰产权以促进其进一步的发展。
The founding and development of the independent college is the beneficial attempt in the managing system reform of China ’ s higher education , which not only meets the requirement of popularization of higher educa-tion, but also relieves the problem of short supply of higher education .In the recent years, the independent colle-ges have achieved great progress in the development scale , but there are still some problems existing in independent colleges, such as the imperfection in the mechanism of corporate governance;the inadequate teachers , lack of the self -determined right of running schools , unscientific settings of majors and so on .The independent colleges have to standardize the mechanism , introducing teachers , clear property rights to promote further development of inde-pendent colleges .
