摘要
重点探讨了XQ乳液型增强剂的性能和湿部应用条件对其增强效果的影响 ,通过研究湿部体系的 pH、剪切力、浆种、助剂用量以及纸页定量等湿部因素对纸张各种物理指标的影响 ,得到XQ乳液型增强剂对纸张的各项物理指标都有很好的改善作用 ,特别是对耐破指数、环压指数、抗张指数有较大幅度的提高。是一种有推广价值的造纸助剂。
The wet end application of the XQ strengthen aid made by self has been studied in this paper.The affections on the results by the pH,the amount,base weight and the shear force of the wet facts have been studied.The results of the tests show that the XQ is not only the effective dry strengthen aids but also the wet strengthen aid of the paper.
