层次分析方法在固态发酵啤酒糟试验方案择优中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用层次分析方法对固态发酵啤酒糟生产微生态多酶复合饲料的工艺试验方案进行选择 ,通过分析影响方案选择的各因素之间的关系建立成对矩阵 ,并进行数据处理及权重分析 ,得到方案X在目标层中的组合权重值分别为 :X1=0 .2 6 ,X2 =0 .41,X3=0 .33,由此得出啤酒糟固态发酵的最佳方案为X2 。同时采用优化参数设计进行三批重复发酵初步试验 ,最后得到的成品饲料总酶活力达 6 0 0 0U/g以上 ,有益菌总数达 10 8个 /g以上 ,经酶谱分析具有蛋白酶、纤维素酶、糖化酶等多酶体系 。 An optimum multiple strain and processing test condition for producing micro-ecological, multiple enzyme feedstuff from beer grain with solid state fermentation(SSF) was selected by using analytic hierarchy process. Meanwhile, data dispose and weight analyses to the relevant relations of all factores effecting the selection of the scheme were done after setting up a matrix. Multiple weight value of scheme X in target were X 1=0.26, X 2=0.41,X 3=0.33 respectively, so that the optimizing multiple strains and relevant processing conditions of beer grains solid state fermentation were obtained. Three identifying experiments were done according to the optimizing scheme. At last, the fermentation product had ideal components with the numbers of total microorganism more than 10 8 cfu/g ,a high total enzyme activity more than 6 000 unit per gram and a series of enzymes such as the protease saccharifying enzyme and cellulose etc.
