摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的降膜蒸发罐——分隔式降膜蒸发罐，并通过对降膜蒸发罐的糖液沸点升高和蒸发罐传热系数的分析讨论，说明了采用分隔式是降膜蒸发罐改善传热的一种有效途径。
A new falling-film evaporator—segmentation falling film evaporator,is introduced in this paper. by analyzing the changes of the boiling point elevation of the solution and the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporator, it is shown that the segmentation can improve the heat transfer of the falling film evaporator.
