摘要
探讨凝固浴温度对Lyocell纤维纺丝工艺中纤维结构及性能的影响。实验表明;随着凝固浴温度提高,最大纺丝速度和纤维延伸度提高;而无定区取向度、结晶度、相对强度和初始模量下降。
The effect of coagulation bath temertature in N-Methymorpholine-N-Oxide (NMMO) process on the super-molecular structure, mechanical properties and the maximum spinning speed of Lyocell biber is investigated. The results show that the maximum spinning speed and the extension at break of Lyocell fiber increase, while the crystallinity, amorphous orientation, tenacity and initial modulus of Lyocell fiber decrease as the coagulation bath temperature is increased.
