由溶致液晶制备高强高模纤维素纤维 被引量:3

摘要 工业生产的三醋酯纤维素(分子量约 10~5)溶解在三氟乙酸(TFA)和二氯甲烷(CH_2CI_2)混合溶剂中,在一定浓度下可形成液晶。选择了不同条件进行液晶纺丝,再把初生纤维经过235℃热处理,通过不同皂化处理,得到强度为11.02cN/dtex,模量为 348.98cN/dtex的高强高模纤维素纤维。X-光衍射分析表明该纤维素纤维属于纤维素I族。 It is postulated that to prepare a high strength / high modulus regenerated cellulose fiber: 1) A lyotropic cellulosic mcsophase is a necessary but not a sufficient condition; 2) The cellulose I morphology must be generated in the fiber; 3) Cellulose I is readily converted to cellulose II in the presence of polar solvent, a readily saponifiable cellulose derivative is required; 4) Cellulose triacetate(CTA) forms a lyotropic mesophasc in TFA / CH2C12, and the fiber spun from the mesophase has the CTA I morphology and CTA is readily saponifiablc. CTA (M.W.Ca.100,000) was used in the present study. CTA fibers were spun under various spin conditions,annealed at 235℃ ,saponified with various reagents and the tenacity, modulus, elongation, morphology were determined. Tenacity of 12+ gpd and modulus of 380+ gpd have been obtained. As predicted the cellulose I morphology results in superior properties.
