摘要
目的:建立测定吡拉西坦片中有关物质的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(10∶90),检测波长210 nm,流量1.0 mL·min-1。结果:吡拉西坦与其降解产物在该色谱条件下能够有效分离。结论:所建方法简便,专属性强,可用于测定吡拉西坦片中有关物质。
To establish an HPLC method for determination the related substance of piracetam tablets. Method： The HPLC was carried out with C1s column, the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and water（ 10： 90）, the wavelength was 210 nm and the flow rate was about 1.0 mL .min-l. Result： Piracetam and its related substances could be separated effectively by this method. Con clusion： The method is simple and reliable. It can be used to determine the related substance of piracetam tablets.
