摘要
以现代遗传育种理论为依据 ,以豫州褐蛋鸡配套系为素材 ,研究了豫州褐蛋鸡育种中羽色自别雌雄准确率下降的原因和解决措施。研究表明 :配套系后代雏鸡出现多种不纯羽色类型的分离现象 ,直接导致了羽色自别雌雄准确率下降 ;造成雏鸡羽色类型分离的主要原因是白羽内含有大量红锈羽母本的基因类型。亲本的羽色类型对群体的繁殖性能和生产性能均无显著影响 ,在育种工作中 ,为提高雏鸡自别雌雄准确率 ,可以大胆淘汰含有红锈羽的亲本 ,严格选育。试验表明 :选育后雏鸡自别雌雄准确率达 98%以上 ,比选育前提高 7 9个百分点 。
WT5BZ]The reasons and the measures of the decline of the ARAS on chick feather color were researched in the course of the YuZhou Brown Layer breeding through many experiments,in accordance with the modern genetics and layer breeding theories.The results showed that the feather colour of the descendent chicks became divided into several types instead of one type,which resulted in the decline of the ARAS directly,because of the existance of a large number of unpure white feather hens with red or rusty feather gene type.And further study suggested that the feather color types of parents had no obvious influence on the chicken′s reproductive performance and productive performance,so,in order to increase the ARAS of chicks,the hens which had red or rusty feather gene type could be eliminated strictly in YuZhou Brown Layer breeding practice.Through strict selection,the ARAS reached 98% which gained an increase by 7 9%,and came up to the level of world famous layer breeds.
