摘要
唐由之研究员从事眼科临床工作六十余载,有丰富的临床经验,尤其是对眼底疾病的辨证用药方面。本文从补虚善用子类药物,补气重视生黄芪和炙黄芪联用,养血以制首乌和黄精联用,内障眼病运用谷精草配木贼草,阳亢病人以灵磁石配石决明5个方面介绍了唐由之研究员治疗眼底病的用药特点。
Professor Tang Youzhi has been engaged in clinical practice of Ophthalmology for more than 60 years. Abundant experience was accumulated, especially in treating ocular fundus disease. This article summarized from 5 aspects to introduce Professor Tang Youzhi＇s some experience： using seed hebal to supply deficiency, using Astragalus to tonify Qi, using Gold Theragran and Solomonseal Rhizome to tonify blood, using Eriocauli and Herba Equiseti Hiemalis to treat ocular fundus disease, using Sea Ear Shell on Yang hyperactivity.
