摘要
通过对密叶杨×胡杨 3个杂种类型及其亲本的研究 :①可溶性总蛋白质电泳对比研究表明 :3个杂种之间的相似性最大 ,其次是杂种与亲本胡杨较相似 ,杂种与亲本密叶杨相似性很小。
PAGE(ployacrylamide gel elecrophoresis) analyses on total protein and ABA content in the leaves of P. euphratica,P.talassica and their 3 hybrids i.e.P.euphratica type ,P.talassica type and the mid type judged judged by the shape of leaves were made. The results were as following:(1)The similarities in the bands of PAGE were the highest among the 3 hybrids,then between the hybrids and P.euphratica,the smallest between the hybrids and P.talassica.(2)When there is not salt stress,ABA content in the leaves does not reflect the capability of salt resistance.
