摘要
为了探明莴苣不同品种矿质养分吸收与分布的差异 ,在相同栽培条件下 ,比较分析了碧玉结球生菜、超早广东尖叶油麦菜和春秋二白皮 3个莴苣品种在不同生长时期对 Fe,Zn,Ca,N吸收与分布的差异 .结果表明 ,在整个生长期内 ,碧玉结球生菜地上部与地下部的 Fe,Zn,Ca,N(地上部 )含量最高 ,但对 4种矿质养分的累积量最低 ,它们与超早广东尖叶油麦菜和春秋二白皮的差异均达显著水平 ,后两个品种之间的差异 (除地上部 Ca含量外 )不显著 .3个莴苣品种地下部的 Fe,Zn,Ca含量显著高于地上部 ,但植株对 3种矿质养分的累积量地上部显著高于地下部 .
Under the same ecological conditions, differences in absorption and distribution of mineral nutrients in three lettuce varieties (Heading lettuce,Youmai lettuce,Asparagus lettuce) at different growth stages were studied during Oct.~Dec. in 1998 to select high mineral varieties.The results show that heading lettuce contains the most mineral both in shoots and roots among three lettuce varieties,but it accumulates the least mineral. Differences of Youmai lettuce and Asparagus lettuce are not significant except for Ca in shoots. Fe, Zn and Ca contents in roots are much higher than that in shoots. Accumulation of Fe, Zn and Ca in plants is mostly distributed in shoots among the three varieties.
