摘要
本试验以生菜(LactucaSativaVarLongifolia)为材料.采用正交设计.对基础配方的大量元素四种盐(硝酸钙、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸镁、硝酸钾)的浓度进行了改进,获得优良配方A-I(见表5)。该配方比产量最高的斯泰勒配方提高干重产量36.3%,提高温重产量77.6%。并发现硝酸钙和硝酸钾是影响生菜产量的主要因素,配方中含有高比例的氮素、钙和钾素有利于生菜的生长发育.高水平的钾和硝态氮有利于生菜提高产量,而镁的作用不大,氨态氮不利于生菜的产量提高。
The election test of lactuce (Lactuca Sativa Var Longifolia)prescriptions in soilless culture is designed with orthogonal design, the four factors of orthogonal test include Ca (NO3) 2, KH2Po4, MgSO4 and KNO3, the concen-tration of these factars intlie original A-prescription are improved. The research results as follow:One superior prescription named A- I (table5) has been elected from all kind of test prescriptions. The yield of A- I prescription compare with the fomous Staityr prescriptions, it can increase dry weigth 36. 6% and freshweight 77. 6%. The authors aslo discusse the nutrition taits of latuce in soilless culture.
