摘要
以采自中国不同地方的人蛔虫与猪蛔虫为研究对象,PCR扩增其线粒体烟酰胺脱氢酶亚基V基因(nad5)的部分序列](pnad5)并进行序列测定,应用ClustalX1.81程序对序列进行比对。结果显示:所获得的pnad5序列长度一致,均为556bp;人蛔虫和猪蛔虫的pnad5序列差异仅为0.0%~2.6%,本研究结果支持人蛔虫与猪蛔虫是同一个种的结论。
Ascaris lumbricoides (A. lumbricoides) and Ascaris suum (A. suum) were collected from different areas in China to examine the sequence variation of mitochondrial NAPH dehydrogenase subuit 5 gene (nad5) by amplifying partial nad5 (pnad5) followed by sequence analysis. The results showed that the length of pnad5 sequences was 556 bp, sequence differences in the pnad5 was 0.0%-2.6% between the A. lumbricoides and A. suum samples. These results support that the A. lumbricoides and A. suum represent the same species.
