摘要
首先分析并确定了煤矿生产物流系统的关键资源,包括人力资源、装备设施、资金资源、技术资源、信息资源、安全管理等。其次,运用系统动力学的相关理论和方法,建立了各个资源因子的因果分析图、流图模型,并定义相关方程及参数。最后,用Vensim软件进行动态模拟仿真,得出煤矿生产物流系统安全状态的趋势图,以及各个资源因子对系统安全状态的实际作用率。进而分析结果,得出煤矿生产物流系统资源对安全状态的作用及影响。
This article firstly analyzed and identified the key resource in production logistics system of coal mine,which include human resources, equipments and facilities, financial resources, technical resources, information resources, security management. Secondly, with the relevant theories and methods of system dynamics,established a causal factor analysis chart of various resources and a flow diagram model, meanwhile,defined the relevant equations and parameters. Finally, using the Vensim software to carry out dynamic analog simula- tion, then gained the trend graph of the security status of system, as well as the actual activity ratio of various resources factor acting on security status of system. In turn, analyzed the results, and then obtain the different impact of resource in production logistics system of coal mine acting on security status of system.
