基于粗糙集的煤矿水灾害事故响应系统优化 被引量:4

摘要 运用粗糙集理论的原理和方法,识别煤矿水灾害事故响应系统应急能力关键影响因素并据此对系统实施优化。在此基础上建立煤矿水灾害事故响应系统应急能力模糊综合评价模型,分别对优化前后煤矿水灾害事故响应系统的应急能力进行评价。结果表明,对煤矿水灾害事故响应系统的瓶颈环节实施优化,能够显著提高系统应急能力,有效减轻水灾害事故对煤矿安全生产所构成的威胁。 The key factors that affect coal mine water disaster response are identified by using the princi- ples and methods of rough sets. To optimize the response system, the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evalu- ation is used to assess the emergency response capability of the non-optimized and the optimized coal mine water disaster response system. The results show that emergency response capability of the optimized coal mine water disaster response system has been significantly improved and the threat posed by water disasters on coal mine safe production is effectively reduced.
