摘要
目的探讨康复治疗在社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)稳定期中的作用。方法将本社区240例慢阻肺患者随机分为康复治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,康复治疗组在常规治疗基础上进行康复治疗干预,观察2组患者治疗前后肺功能的变化情况。结果 2组患者治疗后FEV1测量值、FEV1%、体质量指数及6min步行距离均优于治疗前(P<0.05),康复治疗组患者肺功能FEV1测量值显著大于对照组,FEV1%也高于对照组(P<0.05);康复治疗组患者体质量指数显著高于对照组患者,6 min步行距离也显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合理科学的康复治疗在社区慢阻肺稳定期中具有重要作用,可有效缓解患者病情,增强患者肺功能,减少并发症,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with community chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in the stable period. Methods A total of 240 patients with community COPD were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing while the patients in the rehabilitation group were additionally given rehabilitation interventions on the basis of the con- trol group. And the changes pulmonary function was observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results Compared with the rehabilitation group, FEV1 value, FEV1%, body weight as wall as the walking distance of 6 minutes were significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Reasonable and scientific rehabilitation therapy plays an important role in the community COPD, which could effectively alleviate the disease condition of patient, enhance lung function, reduce complications and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
