摘要
目的分析艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将本院收治的74例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组37例。研究组采用艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平进行治疗,对照组仅采用艾司西酞普兰进行治疗,疗程均为12周。观察2组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分的变化,并比较临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗4、8及12周,2组HAMD评分均较治疗前明显下降,且研究组下降幅度显著大于对照组。研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,且治疗期间患者体质量增加及嗜睡发生率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,而2组出现的轻度厌食、恶心、口干、乏力等症状比较,差异无统计学意义。结论艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平能有效缓解抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,改善生活质量,临床疗效确切,且安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects and safety of escitalopram combined with olanzapine in the treatment of patients with depression. Methods 74 patients with depression were randomly divided into research group （n = 37） and control group （n = 37）. The research group was treated with escitalopram and olanzapine, while control group was treated with escitalo- pram only. The changes of Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） scores before and after treatment were observed in two groups, and clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared as well. Re- sults HAMD scores at 4, 8 and 12 weeks of treatment decreased significantly, and the decreased range in research group was significantly larger than that in control group. The total effective rate and incidence rates of body weight gain and somnolence during treatment in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group. However, there were no significant differences of the symptoms like mild anorexia, nausea, dry mouth and fatigue between two groups. Conclu- sion Escitalopram combined with olanzapine can effectively alleviate the depressive symptoms in patients with depression and improve quality of life of patients.
